General info and cancellations
Notice! September and October are traditionally slower times of the year on the island. We hope that trend breaks this year and we can continue offering great service to our guests during these months. To help with that, we had drasticly lowered prices during these months. However, our appetizer hour will not be available during these months. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Check-in is 2 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior notice.
Rates are per room, per night for up to 2 people. Rates are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees. Full payment is due at time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit & debit cards, and PayPal.
To cancel a reservation, please call us at 501-628-7554. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations received within 30 days will be charged full cost of stay.
A fully refundable cell phone deposit of $50 USD is required for the cell phone. With the return of the phone in the same condition it was received, the full deposit is returned to you. If the phone is lost/stolen or damaged, the deposit will be used to cover the cost of replacement for the phone and minutes that were lost.
Pets (small dogs only) are allowed in some of our units. Please request the pet rules to be sent to you prior to making your reservation that includes a pet to ensure that all the rules are agreeable to you and your pet. Additional charges for the pets are $5 per pet per day.
